Early Life:
The beauty with stunning looks is the only sibling of Rick Dufay, a former guitarist of hard rock band “Aerosmith.” Her mother Maureen Kelly used to work as a showgirl in Vegas. Unfortunately, she is no more. Kelly has nasty remembrances of her early childhood. While Kelly was in her growing up years, his father deserted her along with her mother. This inflicted emotional wounds on the actress’s mindset. During those hard times her best friend Mickey Tarrington acted as the perfect cushion for her. Kelly was unsure that whether she would ever be able to forgive her father. However, on turning seventeen she patched up matters by inviting him to New Mexico. She shares her roots with Ireland and France.
Career:
After completing her graduation, Kelly moved back to Los Angels. There she involved herself in acting classes. The thought of taking this up as a full-fledged profession started to dominate her mindset. Her journey towards stardom started slowly, but with each step she was getting closer to her cherished dream. She knew that to reach somewhere, one must be ready to fight against the odds. Her career took off with small roles in numerous movies and TV dramas. One of Kelly’s earlier movie roles was on a film entitled as, “State’s Evidence.” The actress was involved in an on and off role in television series, “What I like about You”.
Her career took a complete turnaround when she snapped the wonderful opportunity to play a vital role in hit TV drama, “Friday Nights Lights.” To get into the shoes of her character, Kelly prepared by having a real life feel of cheerleading world by training alongside, Pflugerville High School cheerleading squad. Kelly’s breathtaking acting performance did not go unnoticed from the critic’s eyes. New York Times showered praises on the pretty actress by touting her performance as “heartbreaking.”
She will be making a cameo appearance in “The Kingdom.” Kelly is among the mean leads of CW’s upcoming series “Body Politic.”

She portrays Lyla Garrity the ex-fiancée of Jason Street who once used to be a part of Dillon Panthers football team. However a severe paralytic attack forces him to give up his loved pursuit. Initially Lyla Garrity is shown to be romantically involved with Jason Street but his suffering from a paralytic attack changes the future course of events. She starts to date Tim Riggins but her their relationship is shrouded by a mist of confusion.
